Nicole has worked behind the camera in TV and film, as a casting researcher at ITV and as an advisor to the probation services. Nicole directed our documentary ‘Sorry I Shot You’ and used her contacts to perform a unique video investigation into Girl Gangs. In the past Nicole has been involved with gangs and organised crime serving several custodial sentences.
